Win a Trip for 2 to Taipei!

Promo Period is from November 17- December 17,2011
1) The promo is open to all males and females.
2) Every purchase of two (2) tickets to the “Winter White Christmas” event at the SM Mall of Asia Ice Skating Rink entitles the customer to one (1) raffle coupon and gets the chance to win two (2) round trip tickets to Taiwan.
3) Fill out the raffle coupon with your complete name, address, contact number, email and affixed signature on the space provided.
4) Drop your raffle entry in the drop box located at SM Ice Skating cashiers.
5) Deadline for submission of entries is on December 17,2011 at 9 pm. Raffle draw will be on December 19,2011, 2 pm at the SM Mall of Asia Ice Skating Rink office. A DTI representative will be invited to witness the draw.
6) There will be one (1) winner. The winner will be notified via registered mail, email and phone call.
7) To claim the prize, winner must present his/ her copy of the winning stub, registered mail and two (2) valid IDs at the SM Mall of Asia Ice Skating Rink Office from December 20-31,2011 from 10 am- 8 pm.
8) The winner will be receiving a congratulatory letter that states his/ her prize and he/ she must claim the actual round trip tickets at G/F Unit 1, Golden Empire Tower,1322 Roxas Boulevard cor. Padre Faura St., Ermita, Manila. The validity of his/ her tickets will be six (6) months from date of issuance.
9) The applicable tourist visa fees and accommodation of the winner and his/ her companion will not be shouldered by the SM Ice Skating.
10) The winner and his/ her companion will be responsible for acquiring their passports, visas and all other travel documents and all travel related expenses and taxes not covered by the price.
11) All expenses related to the claiming or availing of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to government or airport taxes, carrier surcharges, service charges, local transportation, insurance, passport, meals, beverages, incidental charges and gratuities.
12) Actual date of travel is subject to availability at the time of booking.
13) Round trip tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline travel partner of SM Ice Skating.
14) Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
15) Prizes not claimed after the claiming period will be forfeited in favor of SM Ice Skating with prior DTI approval.
16) The winner authorizes SM Ice Skating to disclose and publish his/ her name, photos and other particulars determined by SM Ice Skating to any person and in any mode or manner as SM Ice Skating may deem appropriate.
17) Winners will get their tickets (round trip to Manila-Taipei-Manila) valid for six (6) months.
18) Employees of Family Entertainment Center, Inc. and its event organizers, agencies, promo suppliers and their relatives up to the 4th degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
